We want you to cherish your Lucy Folk pieces forever, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original Lucy Folk jewelry box or protective pouch and secure them inside the original shipping carton.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
